Flag Football - Fall - Fall 2022

Lincoln Recreation is excited for another season of Lincoln Youth Flag Football for all boys and girls in the 1st - 8th grades. LYFF is a non-contact, 5 on 5 league with practices twice a week and games scheduled for Saturday afternoons.  The FALL Season will feature a player combine followed by a player draft for 3rd - 8th Grade divisions.  1st/2nd grade teams will be randomly assigned.  Come out and join us for this exciting new Flag Football experience.

  • Practices: Twice a week, starting the week of 8/29
  • Games: Saturday Afternoons Beginning 9/10
  • Uniform: All players will be issued a reversible jersey. Sample sizes are available in our office.
  • Mouth Guards: Mouth guards are required for all players. You may pick one up at your local sporting goods store or buy one from us for $5.
  • Cleats: Cleats are recommended but not required. No cleats with metal spikes are allowed.
  • Picture Day: Thursday, September 22
